Celebrating International Women’s Day – 8th March

International Women’s Day is more than just a date in our calendar – it’s a great reminder of the progress we and other businesses are making to close the pay gap, shatter the glass ceiling and create a flexible culture where everyone feels valued, supported and empowered. Equality benefits us all and we’re proud of having a workplace with such a strong talented team of people.

At our agency, inclusivity isn’t just a buzzword – it’s part of who we are. In fact, our design studio is an all-female team and we regularly send all-female teams to pitch for major clients, highlighting the strength and leadership of the women in our business.

HOW WE’RE DRIVING CHANGE

Breaking barriers

Half of our Management Board – including our MD – is female.

Flexible working for all

As an employee owned company, everyone has a voice and a stake in our continued success. Our hybrid model and flexible schedules help us all find the right balance between work and life.

Supporting parenthood

We’ve enhanced our maternity pay policy so that growing a family doesn’t mean putting a career on pause.

Prioritising wellbeing

As well as dedicated resources and wellbeing sessions that support our colleagues’ welfare, we have menopause policies in place, ensuring support for those navigating this time in their life.

Equal growth opportunities

Our commitment to fairness means that promotions, recruitment, and career development are based solely on talent and skills.

For 21 consecutive years, we’ve been proud to hold Investors in People accreditation – proof that our commitment to a successful, inclusive workplace is more than just words.

This International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating the progress we’ve made – and staying committed to our belief that talent, ambition and opportunity is for everyone. Because when equality wins, we all do.
