Who will be my main point of contact, and how can I reach them?
You will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager who you can contact via email or phone for any queries or support.
Do you more offer ongoing support?
Yes, we offer monthly retainers where you are given a 'bank' of hours to suit your budget and requirements. This can cover ongoing support such as social media management, copywriting, design work etc which can draw from the available hours each month. Third-party costs such as print or Google Ads are charged separately. This is typically a 12-month retainer, paid monthly, quarterly, or annually upfront.
Do you offer other services or standalone services?
Yes, in addition to our marketing packages, we offer standalone services including full marketing management, brand strategy, digital marketing, print advertising, digital advertising, graphic design, website design & build, film & photography, and events.
