Suzuki GB PLC is one company, but with many business units. Our task was to launch a variety of new products and new trading terms to three of its major divisions and complete dealer networks.
We created an event with linked collateral that, even though the audiences were different, ensured that each group felt it was the focus. The event addressed three dealer networks, introduced 10 new models and formed the foundation for one of Suzuki’s most successful years ever.
The morale at the event was incredibly positive and went a long way to carry Suzuki through the toughest ever trading period.
