Rothmans LLP, one of the South East's most largest and most successful accountants, had ambitions for growth. To do so it needed to bring all its 12 offices with a brand refresh. Whilst the company had one name, each arm had evolved relatively separately. Now they needed a marketing strategy to deliver the growth they needed, that's where we came in.
We went back to the beginning: Involving all levels of the company we repositioned the brand, encouraged employees to buy into it, then gave them the tools and knowledge to present their growing company effectively and consistently. Only once we'd created the foundations we the helped them develop an all new identity and strap line 'everyone counts'.
Since the initial project, Rothmans has gone from strength to strength, we've stayed as an integral part of their strategy team and gone on to create a new website, full collateral, a variety of videos and ongoing PR support.
