We celebrate our talented team (again!)

It’s celebrations all round following the success of four of our team on their latest external professional training programmes.

First, Account Manager Kayleigh Carter’s impressive pass on her Level 6 Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma helped her class at Chichester College to record the highest results in the country!

We are also delighted to announce that Account Manager, Hannah Thomas, passed her Level 4 Diploma with Distinction and Marketing Executive, Alex Heath, also achieved a Distinction in her first Level 4 module.

All three have been required to fit in many hours of study each week after work for the past year on these challenging courses which develop skills in high-level marketing strategy, metrics, and digital expertise.

Says Hannah, “Balancing work and home life over the year has been testing. But it helped me achieve a promotion this year, so it’s been fantastic for my career.”

Alex says, “I enjoyed every single aspect of it, even though it meant turning down a lot of social invites throughout the year! I’m really looking forward to going on to further training and to using what I’ve learnt in the marketing support I give clients.”

The final Level 7 is now on the horizon for Kayleigh, which is going to mean a busy few months as she fits studying in with planning for her wedding!

We are also delighted to announce that our newly-promoted Finance Assistant, Elizabeth ‘Bunty’ Hopcroft, achieved a 97% pass rate on her Foundation Certificate in Accounting with the Association of Accounting Technicians and she is already drawing glowing tributes such as “exemplary” from her tutors for her work on the next course level.
