Hampshire firm scores hat trick of awards

MindWorks Marketing, based in Emsworth, Hampshire, has scored a hat-trick of business awards – one of them fittingly presented by the only man to score a hat trick in a World Cup final, Sir Geoff Hurst MBE.

Sir Geoff was at the South Coast Business Awards 2018 to present MindWorks with its award for the Moore Stephens Owner Managed Business of the Year.

MindWorks has also been named in the UK’s Top 25 SME Culture Leaders 2018 list, compiled by Real Business Magazine, the UK’s most-read SME website.

Judges considered that MindWorks, which was awarded 9thplace in the prestigious Top 25 list, stood out as “exemplifying commitment, vision and passion towards building a strong and inclusive company culture.”

MindWorks has also announced that it has achieved the Investors in People Standard for the 15th year running. The accreditation, which will last for the next three years, is the mark of high performance in business and people management.

MindWorks, which, like John Lewis, is employee-owned, enjoyed its most successful year in its 20-year history in 2017. The agency’s Managing Director, Michelle Leggatt, said, “We are thrilled to be awarded three accolades in the same month, which are testament to the hard work of everyone here. These latest awards recognise our strong motivational workplace culture and our immensely successful business strategy.”

The MindWorks roster of national and regional clients in every sector includes a roll-call of top brands, including Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Royal Navy, Royal Yachting Association, Wiggle, Suzuki and Ford.
