We are an employee owned, fresh-thinking, established, integrated marketing and creative agency operating from modern open-plan offices located by the sea in Emsworth, Hampshire. We create great ideas, design and imagery for clients such as Rolls-Royce, The Royal Navy, Suzuki, Lloyd’s Register and Ford every single day. 

We’re now looking for another talented creative with great design skills to join the team, but this is a job with a difference because we are employee owned, meaning you’ll have a stake in the company. If you’re confident, driven and passionate, we want to hear from you. 

We are looking for a Creative/Designer that can originate from scratch, enhance what has gone before or add that layer of polish to the creative output. We want someone who is passionate about their craft, innovative and loving the details. 

The Creative/Designer will need to:

  • Have ideas in abundance
  • Appreciate and understand how campaigns translate or originate from a digital space
  • Have the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Be fluent in current design tools and software including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop 
  • Be a confident communicator who is flexible, friendly and committed
  • Work well as part of an agency team
  • Have a portfolio that clearly demonstrates your work
