We’re MindWorks Marketing and we’re changing the way we’re structured, so we have a great opportunity for a Creative Artworker/Designer. Maybe you are looking for your first step into an agency creative team or you already have experience and are ready for something new and exciting. The salary band for this role is £18,600 to £28,000 dependent upon experience.

What’s the role? 

The Creative Artworker/Designer role involves all aspects of artwork production, both print and digital, for globally recognised and local brands. We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong portfolio of creative thinking and experience with both print and digital files.
  • Has the ability to meet and liaise with account handlers.
  • Is proactive and can work on their own initiative and within a team.
  • Has an approachable nature, the confidence to interpret creative concepts and develop artwork in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Is a hard worker, ready to get stuck in and be part of this enthusiastic and diligent team.

What are the skills?

Our new Creative Artworker/Designer will require the following skills:

  • Adobe CC, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Motion graphics/animation for social media.
  • Management and production of design for print, email and web.
  • Ability to manipulate and retouch imagery.
  • Experience delivering effective layout and design to an accurate and professional standard.
  • Quality assurance for print and digital outputs.
  • Efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accurate management of day-to-day changes.

Working on a full-time basis with 32 days annual leave per year (including bank holidays) you’ll share directly in the profits of the company (after a qualifying period), receive on-going training and enjoy regular socials.

A clean manual driving licence is required.
